Heavenly received the Grand Prix Award for excellence in rebranding at last night’s Transform Awards as well as 6 Gold, 2 Silver and 3 Bronze awards for our work with Rovi and Imaqliq.
In a ceremony in London, hosted by former director of communications and strategy at Number 10 Alastair Campbell, Heavenly received the evening’s final and most prestigious award for our work with US NASDAQ-listed digital entertainment technology business Rovi. The judges described the rebrand of the company from Macrovision to Rovi as “brave, expertly executed and manifestly successful.”
The Transform Awards are the Europe’s only dedicated celebration of rebranding, repositioning and brand transformation. Judged by a panel of branding experts, communications practitioners and academics, the Awards celebrate creativity, innovation and effectiveness in brand transformation.
Along with the Grand Prix Awards, Heavenly’s work with Rovi also secured the agency 3 Gold Awards – Best Creative Strategy, Best Brand Consolidation and Best Technology Rebrand, 2 Silver Awards – Greatest Business Impact and Best Implementation and 2 Bronze Awards – Best Global Rebrand and Best Brand Architecture.
The agency’s rebrand of General Datacomm, one of Russia’s leading telecoms businesses, to Imaqliq resulted in the agency winning a further 3 Golds – Best Multi-Country Rebrand, Best Rebrand in Russia & the CIS and Best Rebrand to Reflect a Changed Mission and 1 Bronze Award – Best Visual Identity.
