Richard founded Heavenly in 2002 with a simple aim – to take the hot air out of branding and offer a more entrepreneurial and ideas-led approach. With a twenty year career spanning marketing, brand consultancy and communications strategy on both agency and client-side, he is responsible for overseeing Heavenly’s varied portfolio of clients as well as setting the direction for the company.
Steve leads our creative team, bringing over fifteen years’ experience in design and branding. Having worked with clients such as Orange, Amnesty International, Warner Brothers and British Gas, Steve has won numerous awards, including gold in DBA Design Effectiveness, the Marketing Society Awards, Marketing Magazine Design Awards and the celebrated D&AD Yellow Pencil.
Fiona brings an international perspective to Heavenly, having worked with many global brands throughout her career, including BT, Orange, General Motors, Three, Circle, Aircel, Astro and Marionnaud Perfumeries. Formerly Head of Client Direction and Strategy at WHAM, and having also had spells with Wolff Olins and Fitch, Fiona brings a calm, considered and collaborative perspective to our most challenging brand projects.
Formerly Strategy Director at Interbrand and DDB, in a fifteen year career James has led branding projects for clients as diverse as Volkswagen, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Citibank and Rio Tinto. A firm believer in the expression that “a brand is what a brand does”, he relishes the energy created when a brand is brought to life.
A Chartered Management Accountant and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management, Graham’s career has included stints at Coopers & Lybrand, Alldays, Branded and Entertainment UK. He now oversees Heavenly’s commercial and corporate strategy, as well as finance and HR.
